Serving the Health Information Needs of Elders) provides health insurance counseling services to elderly and disabled adults.

Prescription Advantage

is the state’s prescription assistance program for elders and people with disabilities who are not MassHealth or CommonHealth members. Call 1-800-243-4636

Medicare Part D’s

Low Income Subsidy provides qualified applicants with lower prescription drug premiums, co-pays and deductibles. Individuals with less than $15,600 in income and couples who earn less than $21,000 may be eligible.  Call 1-800-633-4227

Mass MedLine

is a free, confidential way to speak to pharmacists and case managers, to receive personal assistance with your pharmacy/prescription-related questions, or to find programs to help with the cost of your medications. Call 1-866-633-1617.

Assistive Technology Exchange of New England

is a website where you can look for or list Assistive Technology devices for sale or for free.

MassMATCH

is the Commonwealth’s initiative to Maximize Assistive Technology (AT) in Consumer’s Hands. Eight state human services agencies worked with constituents to provide people with disabilities and their families with access to affordable Assistive Technology (AT) and information.
